You’ll help manage social media pages, create fun and engaging content, and support the team with planning events and campaigns. You’ll also be part of writing messages, making flyers, and helping with other day-to-day marketing tasks. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll get to be creative, stay organized, and work closely with a friendly and supportive team.

Who We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate should be an undergraduate or recent graduate in Marketing, or an individual pursuing a professional qualification in Marketing or Communications (e.g., SLIM, CIM). Familiarity with social media and basic digital tools is expected, while knowledge of design platforms like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus. Strong writing skills, creativity, and an interest in digital trends are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate procurement, production, pricing, sales, and logistics operations.
• Enhance operational efficiency across business functions.
• Manage inventory and optimize stock levels.
• Identify and implement process improvements within relevant departments.
• Promote interdepartmental collaboration and address operational gaps.
• Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics.
• Supervise staff, delegate responsibilities, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop and enforce departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure the security and compliance of plant operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification in ACCA/CIMA.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in finance or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• An MBA will be considered an added advantage.
