Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Company Secretary with end-to-end corporate secretarial functions in compliance with the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007 and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft, prepare, and file resolutions, statutory returns, and disclosures with the Registrar of Companies, the Colombo Stock Exchange, and other regulators within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain statutory registers, company records, and minute books for Board, shareholder, committee meetings & stakeholders.
