Aberdeen Holdings, a privately-held diversified conglomerate headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka, has announced the appointment of Mr. Sattar Kassim as its new Group Chairman, effective from 1 May 2023.

Mr. Sattar Kassim has over 30 years of experience in managing organizations both locally and overseas. He is one of the Co-Founders of the Aberdeen Group and has served as one of the Board Members of Aberdeen Holdings prior to his appointment as the Chairman. In addition to Aberdeen Holdings, He also serves as the Chairman of Bio Extracts & Expack Corrugated Cartons PLC, and is a Non-Executive Director at Vidullanka PLC.

With a deep understanding of the group and a commitment to inspiring excellence, Mr. Sattar Kassim is expected to guide Aberdeen Holdings to even greater heights. His impressive credentials and accomplishments have earned him a well-deserved reputation within the industry.
